Questions & Answers:
1. Can you provide a list of the "dark and
light green vegetables" that might be included in a juice? I
can think of some, but I know there are others...
It sounds like you want to learn about
vegetables; their names and colors. You can go to a health food
store and ask the produce manager to name the dark and light
green vegetables for you; you can get Gary's book, The Joy of
Juicing or The Complete Guide to Sensible Eating. I could rattle
off names, but without a picture it might not be useful
information for you. Also see step 5 in Gary's video series,
"7 Steps to Perfect Health."
2. Can these vegetables be combined with fruit
juices to make them more palatable?
Some people can tolerate the combination, some
can't. This depends upon the strength and quantity of your
digestive juices. Sometimes fruit sugars conflict with vegetable
products and cause nausea. Gary Null's Red Stuff has no added
sugar & mixing the Red & Green Stuff typically has no
side-effect on the stomach. Again, check "The Joy of
Juicing.
Some of our
patients find that it is helpful to reinforce their new, healthy,
lifestyles by attending a health support group. Gary Null's
